Refund and Returns Policy


Returning Your Unwanted Items

Simply return your unwanted item within 14 days of receipt unused, unopened and in its original condition and packaging. Your return must be in a re-sellable and new condition. Just wrap it up and send it back to us using an insured or trackable shipper that is most convenient for you. If using Royal Mail we recommend you obtain proof of postage from your post office. We ask you to cover the cost of postageWe cannot refund postage on returned goods unless they are faulty at the time of receipt and being returned for replacements.

  • Items which have been assembled cannot be returned.
  • The original receipt and a note of reason for return must be returned with the goods.
  • Goods listed in our Special Offers or Clearance sections are non-refundable, but may be exchanged.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Media or Software cannot be returned once open

Faulty Items 

We’re very lucky that faulty items are rare at Beatties Toy Barn, but if you receive an item that is damaged / faulty / missing parts / etc. please contact us within 14 days of delivery, referencing your order number. 

We will supply any missing parts or, when necessary, a completely new identical product. We normally ask for a photo to be sent to us as proof of damage. Occasionally, the faulty item may need to be returned to us. We normally supply a free returns label for this. When it is not clear whether a product is faulty or not, we will ask you to return the product to us yourself so that we can examine it.
